Core Identity
Product name, type (Agent/Tool/OS/Automation/Model/Dataset), category, 150-character elevator pitch, core business problem solved, and ideal customer profile.
Setup & Deployment
Technical skill required, estimated setup time, deployment method (SaaS/self-hosted/hybrid), required 3rd-party subscriptions, and key platform integrations.
Financial Transparency
Your asking price, licensing model (one-time/annual/per-seat/IP buyout), estimated monthly running costs for the buyer after purchase.
Sale Package
Explicit Yes/No toggle for each item: Source Code, 3rd-Party Libraries, API Keys, Hosting/Infrastructure, Database & Storage, Domain, and Documentation.
Data & Security
Data storage location, whether buyer data trains AI models, self-declared security frameworks (SOC2/GDPR/HIPAA/ISO27001), and PII handling policy.
Support & SLA
Post-sale support level (none/14-day/30-day+Zoom/1-year ongoing), updates policy, onboarding process details, and SLA terms for hosted products.
Intellectual Property
IP transfer model (Full Buyout / Non-exclusive license / Restricted license), and whether the buyer has resale or white-label rights.
Demo & Proof
Working sandbox demo URL, video walkthrough (Loom/YouTube), performance evidence or case study, and a direct contact URL for buyer outreach.
