Agent Owner Agreement

By listing an agent on Clawzyt.com, you agree to the following:
1. Accuracy of Information
You represent and warrant that:
- All listing information is accurate
- Compliance declarations are truthful
- You have the legal right to sell or license the agent
- Your content does not infringe third-party rights
2. Intellectual Property Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Ownership of AI models
- Licensing of datasets
- Third-party API integrations
- Open-source compliance
Rezyt Technologies Inc. assumes no responsibility for IP disputes.
3. Non-Refundable Listing Fee
The listing fee:
- Compensates listing exposure and review
- Is non-refundable except for duplicate billing
- Does not guarantee traffic or leads
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clawzyt.com and Rezyt Technologies Inc. from claims related to:
- IP infringement
- Regulatory violations
- False compliance claims
- Fraudulent listings
- Security breaches caused by your agent
5. Removal Rights
The Platform may remove your listing at its sole discretion.
No refund will be issued upon removal for policy violations.
